Susan's parents were married to different people, but split up and married each other. This results in Susan having an extensive, complicated family tree, as she has step- and half-siblings.

Susan moves to Floss's school, and joins her class.

Susan is slim and fair skinned with neck length, straight brown hair parted on one side, and brown eyes.
Attire[]
Susan wears a white blouse and black school skirt for school. Outside of school she wears jeans with long sleeved t shirts.
Personality[]
Susan is a shy, but very kind and thoughtful character. She hates bullying, especially from Rhiannon, and had wanted to be Floss's friend right form when she first joined their class at school. She is also very intelligent, liking maths, which leads to Judy, Margot and Rhiannon nicknaming her Swotty Potty.
Trivia[]
- Susan mentioned she was nicknamed Swotty Potty at her last school, saying Judy isn't at all original in her name calling.
